After using the Braun Series 9 PRO+ 9610SI regularly, my overall feeling is that it’s a very solid high-end shaver that actually delivers better comfort and speed than mid-range options, but it doesn’t magically solve every shaving problem.
It shaves close enough for daily life, it’s kind to the skin compared to cheaper models, and the build quality feels strong. On the flip side, the price is high, the head is quite big for tight areas, and you still need to do multiple passes on tricky neck zones if your hair grows in odd directions.If you shave almost every day, have a dense or mixed-direction beard, and you’re tired of irritation from cheaper electrics or manual razors, this model makes sense. You’ll likely appreciate the smoother feel, fewer nicks, and the fact that it powers through 2–3 day stubble without drama. The battery life is reliable, the waterproof design makes cleaning simple, and the 5‑year warranty is reassuring. Just be aware of ongoing costs for replacement foils and the non-replaceable battery.If you only shave once or twice a week, have fairly easy facial hair, or you’re on a tighter budget, I’d say this is probably overkill. A cheaper Braun or even a decent manual razor setup will get you close enough without spending this much. So, good shaver, strong performer, but mainly worth it for people who really use it a lot and care about comfort more than saving money.
